A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.

Grief Cafe is an open, undemanding space for people who are grieving. Where the expression of grief is welcomed with kindness and acceptance.

At Grief Cafe, there are no expectations of how one shows up. We don’t aim to influence or fix, but to allow. We share from our own experience, accepting the invitation to spend the evening with our grief while in the company of others.
